Fireproof composite sandwich board and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of sandwich panels, in particular to a fireproof composite sandwich panel and a preparation method thereof. The composite sandwich board takes a polyethylene foam board as an outer board and polyurethane as a core material; in order to improve the performance of the sandwich panel, graphene oxide, O-carboxymethyl chitosan and phosphonitrilic chloride trimer are adopted to modify the sandwich panel. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out amination treatment on graphene oxide, cross-linking the graphene oxide with amino groups on O-carboxymethyl chitosan through glutaraldehyde, and then grafting phosphonitrilic chloride trimer to obtain a flame-retardant material; the surface of O-carboxymethyl chitosan contains hydroxyl, and O-carboxymethyl chitosan can react with isocyanate under the catalytic action of dibutyltin dilaurate, so that the compatibility of the flame-retardant material and polyurethane is improved; the sandwich panel prepared by the invention is excellent in fireproof performance, high in compression strength and relatively high in practicability.
本发明涉及夹芯板领域,具体为一种防火复合夹芯板及其制备方法。所述复合夹芯板以聚乙烯发泡板为外板、聚氨酯作为芯材;为了提高夹芯板的性能,采用氧化石墨烯、O‑羧甲基壳聚糖和六氯环三磷腈对其进行改性。首先将氧化石墨烯进行氨基化处理,通过戊二醛将其与O‑羧甲基壳聚糖上的氨基进行交联,再接枝六氯环三磷腈,得到阻燃材料;由于O‑羧甲基壳聚糖表面含有羟基,在二月桂酸二丁基锡的催化作用下能与异氰酸酯反应,从而提高阻燃材料与聚氨酯的相容性;本发明制备的夹芯板防火性能优异,压缩强度大,具有较高的实用性。
