Antiknock material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an anti-explosion material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of safety engineering for inhibiting explosion, and the preparation method of the anti-explosion material comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing aramid nanofiber-silicon dioxide composite aerogel, then respectively loading an isocyanate component and an amino compound into a raw material barrel of a spraying machine, firstly respectively heating, and then adding a curing agent and a curing agent into the raw material barrel; mixing, performing high-pressure atomization, and spraying to two surfaces of a base material to form a polyurea coating; an adhesive is sprayed to the surface of one polyurea coating, and the aramid nanofiber-silicon dioxide composite aerogel is bonded and fixed to the surface of the polyurea coating to serve as an explosion facing surface; and the polyurea coating on which the aramid nanofiber-silicon dioxide composite aerogel is not adhered and fixed is used as the back surface, so that the anti-explosion material is formed on the surface of the base material. According to the technical scheme, the prepared anti-explosion material has excellent impact resistance and flame retardance, can resist multi-time detonation impact and can prevent fragments generated by base material explosion from harming the surrounding environment and personnel.
本发明涉及一种抗爆材料及其制备方法,属于抑制爆炸的安全工程技术领域,抗爆材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:首先制备芳纶纳米纤维‑二氧化硅复合气凝胶,然后将异氰酸酯组分和氨基化合物分别装入喷涂机的原料桶中,先分别加热,再混合经过高压雾化,喷涂至基材的两个表面,形成聚脲涂层;再向其中一个聚脲涂层表面喷涂粘合剂,将芳纶纳米纤维‑二氧化硅复合气凝胶粘接固定至聚脲涂层表面,作为迎爆面;未粘接固定有芳纶纳米纤维‑二氧化硅复合气凝胶的聚脲涂层作为背面,从而在基材表面形成抗爆材料。本发明技术方案中,制备的抗爆材料具有优异抗冲击性能和阻燃性能,可以抗多次爆燃冲击,且可以防止基材爆炸产生的碎片对周围环境和人员产生危害。
