Smoke-suppressing and flame-retardant asphalt mixture and pavement adopting same
The invention relates to the field of pavement construction materials, and particularly discloses a smoke-suppressing and flame-retardant asphalt mixture and a pavement adopting the same. The smoke-suppressing and flame-retardant asphalt mixture comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 450-550 parts of mineral aggregate; 30 to 46 parts of flame-retardant asphalt; 5 to 8.4 parts of smoke suppression microcapsules; the smoke suppression microcapsule comprises a coating and modified closed-cell perlite, wherein the surface of the modified closed-cell perlite is coated with the coating; the coating comprises melamine formaldehyde resin, sea squirt cellulose and potassium feldspar, and the weight ratio of the melamine formaldehyde resin to the sea squirt cellulose to the potassium feldspar is (5-8): 2: 1. The tunnel asphalt pavement is formed by paving the smoke-suppressing and flame-retardant asphalt mixture. The method has the effect of improving the flame-retardant and fireproof performance of the tunnel asphalt pavement.
