The invention relates to a rotary cutting type snow blower which comprises a working device, a rigid chassis, a walking system, an engine power system, a closed cab, a hydraulic system, an electrical system and an intelligent system. The walking system is arranged at the bottom of the rigid chassis; the working device, the engine power system, the closed cab, the hydraulic system, the electrical system and the intelligent system are all arranged on the rigid chassis; the engine power system is in driving connection with the walking system and the working device. The hydraulic system is in driving connection with the working device; the electrical system is in control connection with the hydraulic system and the engine power system. The intelligent system is arranged in the closed cab and is in control connection with the electrical system; the intelligent system can control work of the working device and the walking system through the electrical system. The snow blower provided by the invention realizes quick, efficient and safe road snow removal work.
