The invention provides a karst stratum pile-forming construction method. The karst stratum pile-forming construction method comprises the following steps that S1, geological investigation is conducted on a construction area; s2, the depth of a steel casing is determined according to the geological condition of the pile hole position, and the steel casing is buried; s3, drilling is conducted to form a first pile hole, and the first pile hole is cleaned till the sediment requirement is met; s4, drilling is conducted to form a second pile hole, and meanwhile, a reinforcement cage is hung in the first pile hole; s5, back pressure plugging is conducted on the second pile hole, and concrete pouring is conducted on the first pile hole; s6, secondary drilling is conducted on the second pile hole, and the second pile hole is cleaned till the sediment requirement is met; and S7, a reinforcement cage is hung in the second pile hole, concrete is poured, and meanwhile drilling of the next pile hole is conducted. According to the construction method, back pressure plugging is conducted on the second pile hole, so that when concrete pouring is conducted on the first pile hole, concrete grout can only fill karst fissures communicating the second pile hole and the first pile hole, the concrete grout is difficult to enter the second pile hole, and hole crossing between the adjacent pile holes is avoided.
