The invention discloses an adjustable foundation pit supporting mechanism which comprises a base, a vertical supporting fixing mechanism, an angle supporting fixing mechanism and an adjustable stabilizing mechanism, the vertical supporting fixing mechanism is arranged at one end of the top of the base, and a first supporting mechanism and a second supporting mechanism are arranged between the base and the vertical supporting fixing mechanism; according to the foundation pit supporting mechanism, the embedding depth of the anchor rod can be adjusted according to the condition of a foundation pit, the stability performance of the foundation pit support is guaranteed, the height of the foundation pit support in the vertical direction can be adjusted according to needs through lifting of the lifting plate, and therefore the foundation pit supporting mechanism adapts to high supports, the height can be adjusted, and the foundation pit supporting efficiency is improved. And a second supporting effect can be achieved through the arrangement of the supporting rods and the sliding rods between the base and the lifting plate, the stability of the whole foundation pit supporting is guaranteed, the foundation pit supporting device is suitable for slope foundation pit supporting, the situation that an existing foundation pit supporting structure is rigid in fixation and poor in adjustability is avoided, the application range is widened, and popularization is convenient.
