The invention discloses an initial rainwater purification system which is composed of an intercepting well, a sewage intercepting hanging basket device, an adjusting sedimentation tank, a composite wetland system, an upward flow filter tank and a buried integrated machine, a water inlet of the intercepting well is communicated with a rainwater well, and a water outlet of the intercepting well is communicated with a water inlet port in the sewage intercepting hanging basket device; a water outlet port in the sewage intercepting hanging basket device is communicated with a water inlet of the adjusting sedimentation tank, a waterproof lifting pump is installed in the adjusting sedimentation tank, a water outlet of the lifting pump is communicated with a first connecting pipe, a change-over valve is installed on the first connecting pipe, one outlet of the change-over valve is communicated with a water inlet of the composite wetland system, and the other outlet of the change-over valve is communicated with a water outlet of the composite wetland system. The other outlet of the change-over valve is communicated with the water inlet of the upward flow filter tank, the water outlet of the upward flow filter tank and the water outlet of the composite wetland system are both communicated with the water inlet of the buried all-in-one machine, and two rainwater treatment modes are adopted, so that rainwater in front and later periods can be effectively and conveniently treated.
