Two rows of columns are designed on the rear side, the top end structure of the middle column is designed into a three-dimensional tree-shaped different column, rear side supporting of a beam string structure is achieved, the large anti-bending moment of a rear side support is balanced, and the requirement for roof steel structure super-dangerous engineering is met. The permanent double-layer cantilever structure is designed on the column side, the bending resistance bearing capacity of the structure can be effectively improved, and the structure is made to be more stable and safer.
一种树形异柱与悬挑连接构造及其施工方法,底部立在主体结构之上,主体结构包括各前排框架柱和各后排框架柱,连接构造包括树形柱和悬挑连接结构,树形柱包括一组在设置在后排框架中柱柱轴上连续设置并连接为一体的树形柱单元,悬挑连接结构为分体设置的双层支撑架,按设置位置的高度包括低架和高架,低架与树形柱单元固定连接。本发明后侧共设计两排柱,中柱的顶端结构设计成立体的树形异柱,实现对张弦梁结构的后侧支撑,平衡后侧支座较大的反弯矩,满足屋盖钢结构超危大工程。本发明在柱侧设计永久性双层悬挑结构,能够有效增加结构的抗弯承载能力,使其更具稳定性和安全性。
