Roof module
The invention discloses a roof module. The roof module is sequentially provided with a supporting beam, a lower roof panel, a reinforcing assembly, an upper roof panel, a self-locking assembly and a solar assembly from bottom to top. The reinforcing assembly is installed in the middle of the top of the lower roof panel in a frame shape, and a heat preservation and vapor isolation assembly is arranged on the inner side of the reinforcing assembly and located above the lower roof panel. Connection between the upper roof panel and the lower roof panel is achieved by arranging the reinforcing assembly, the heat preservation and vapor insulation assembly and the self-locking assembly, the modules can be integrally and independently prefabricated and spliced, workers do not need to work aloft on a high roof, splicing can be achieved in a safe area, operation is flexible, installation is convenient, the construction progress can be accelerated, and the construction efficiency is improved. The safety of construction workers is ensured; and by arranging the self-locking assembly, the problems that the roof system is weak in wind uplift resistance, poor in installation precision and construction safety and the like can be solved, and the whole metal roof system can guarantee the wind resistance quality under the synergistic effect of the supports and various reinforcing pieces.
