According to the method, the influence of the environment on retard-bonded prestressed tendon tensioning construction can be avoided, the temperature condition of retard-bonded prestressed tendon tensioning is met, normal tensioning work is carried out, turnover of construction tools is accelerated, smooth proceeding of the next working procedure is guaranteed, the labor and machine cost is saved, and the construction period is greatly shortened.
