The first rocker arm is installed on the handle shaft in a relative rotation mode, the flight lock is connected to the locking shaft rocker arm boss in an operable mode, when the flight lock is located at the flight lock locking position, the locking shaft rocker arm boss is located at the locking shaft rocker arm boss locking position, the protruding part is contained in the concave part, and the first rocker arm is connected to the flight lock through the locking shaft rocker arm boss locking position. When the flight lock is located at the flight lock locking position, the handle is rotated in the opening direction so that the surface of the concave part can abut against the protruding part. The invention further provides an aircraft comprising the locking mechanism.
