The anti-falling intelligent fire-fighting escape ladder is provided with a rotatable frame and steps, the frame can be controlled to rotate and the escape ladder can be folded and unfolded by driving a connecting cylinder to move and controlling a fixing frame to drive a first gear to rotate in cooperation with use of a chain wheel transmission mechanism, and the steps can be driven to rotate and folded and unfolded in cooperation with a first gear block and a second gear which are engaged; and the escape ladder is prevented from occupying space.
