The invention discloses a modified melamine impregnated veneer floor and a production process thereof, and belongs to the technical field of floors, the modified melamine impregnated veneer floor comprises a modified melamine resin adhesive impregnated decorative layer, a modified PVC (polyvinyl chloride) base material and modified melamine resin adhesive impregnated balance paper which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the modified melamine resin adhesive is prepared by the following steps: adding 120g of melamine, 8-10g of glyoxal, 6-8g of urea and 15-20mL of a polyvinyl alcohol solution with the mass fraction of 10% into a reaction container, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion for 5-10 minutes, adjusting the pH value to 5-6, stirring and heating to 65 DEG C, reacting for 70 minutes, and cooling to obtain the modified melamine resin adhesive. According to the invention, the modified melamine resin adhesive and the modified PVC base material can effectively prevent the problems of bulging, deformation and upward warping of the periphery of the melamine-impregnated veneer floor in a moisture environment.
