本发明公开了一种富氧熔炼顶吹喷枪的耐高温抗腐蚀涂层及其制备方法。所述涂层基体为不锈钢喷枪,粘结层材料为NiCoCrAlY,耐高温抗腐蚀涂层材料为TaC和掺杂改性稀土钽酸盐(Y0.6Gd0.4)TaO4,封孔剂为聚硅氮烷树脂和无机填料碳化硼,氮化硅以及氮化硼的胶体,所述涂层的制备方法包括预处理、粘结层制备、耐高温抗腐蚀涂层制备、封孔处理、烘干步骤。本发明以TaC和掺杂改性的(Y0.6Gd0.4)TaO4作为耐高温抗腐蚀涂层材料,既利用TaC的耐高温耐腐蚀性能,又利用稀土钽酸盐优异的热绝缘性能和抗腐蚀性能,封孔剂在高温时渗透到涂层内部,填补涂层内部的缝隙和孔洞,降低气体渗透率,提高富氧熔炼顶吹喷枪的服役寿命。
