The invention discloses an automatic rail derusting and polishing device which comprises a polishing unit, a horizontal moving mechanism and polishing wheels arranged at the two ends of the horizontal moving mechanism. The oil outlet blowing unit comprises a blowing mechanism, an oil tank arranged between the blowing mechanism and the polishing unit, an oil coating box arranged under the oil tank, a pipeline connected to the oil tank and the oil coating box in a penetrating mode and a traction mechanism connected with the blowing mechanism. The bottom of the oil tank is provided with an oil outlet and a baffle which covers the oil outlet and is fixedly connected with the traction mechanism. The rail polishing device has the beneficial effects that by arranging the polishing unit, the effect of polishing multiple surfaces of a rail can be achieved; the traction mechanism can drive the air blowing mechanism to conduct arc-shaped lifting, the dynamic soot blowing effect of the device on the rail within a far and near distance range is achieved, meanwhile, the rail can be evenly coated with a rust remover in an oil tank, and polishing of the polishing unit is facilitated.
