Through the arrangement of the bidirectional threaded rod, the rotating shaft, the transmission clamping strip, the joint cutting discs and other components, the bidirectional threaded rod component can adjust the distance between the two joint cutting discs through threads through the mutual matching relation between the bidirectional threaded rod component and the joint cutting discs and the rotating shaft component; and therefore, the effect that the joint cutting disc can be driven through the adjusted transmission clamping strip on the rotating shaft is achieved, and the effect that the joint cutting width is adjusted in real time according to working needs is achieved.
