Method for constructing post-tensioned prestressed structure through tensioning grooves
The invention provides a method for constructing a post-tensioned prestressed structure through a tensioning groove, and belongs to the technical field of tensioning construction. The method sequentially comprises the following steps that 1, a beam bottom film is installed, column ribs are bound, and pre-stress hole channels in the horizontal direction are reserved; step 2, welding a reinforcing steel bar bracket according to a designed vector height, and laying and fixing a prestressed duct; 3, the corrugated pipes are bound and fixed through binding wires, and prestressed tendons penetrate into the hole channels; 4, formworks on the two sides of the beam are installed, reinforcing steel bars are bound, a tensioning groove formwork is erected, and the prestressed structure and the tensioning groove structure are poured together; 5, the prestressed beam side mold and the exceeding tensioning groove inner mold are dismantled; 6, a center hole jack driven by a high-pressure oil pump is adopted in the tensioning groove to tension the prestressed tendons; 7, redundant steel strands are cut off, and grouting and anchor sealing are conducted; 8, the tensioning groove is blocked; and 9, after the grouting material reaches the strength required by design, the bottom film and the support are removed.
