By means of the heat preservation shed frame and the formwork outer heat preservation body on the creeping formwork device, steam curing is carried out on the initially-set concrete, the quality problems such as freezing expansion, cracks and structural diseases of the concrete are prevented, the forming strength of the concrete is guaranteed, and the winter construction quality of the main tower concrete is guaranteed.
