The invention provides an anti-seepage connecting structure of an asphalt concrete core wall and an anti-seepage wall, which comprises the anti-seepage wall arranged in a riverbed covering layer, and the upper end of the anti-seepage wall protrudes out of the upper surface of the riverbed covering layer; the anti-seepage layer is arranged in the riverbed covering layer, and part of the anti-seepage wall is located in the anti-seepage layer; the two columns of supporting structures are arranged in the riverbed covering layer and located on the upstream side and the downstream side of the impermeable layer correspondingly, and each supporting structure comprises a plurality of supporting columns arranged in sequence; the concrete bearing platform is arranged above the riverbed covering layer and located above the anti-seepage wall, the anti-seepage layer and the supporting structure; the lower end of the asphalt concrete core wall is connected with the concrete bearing platform. The structure slows down sedimentation of the diaphragm wall relative to a riverbed covering layer soil body. The anti-seepage walls are arranged on the upstream side and the downstream side of the anti-seepage layer, so that the upper load is shared, the force acting on the single anti-seepage wall is reduced, and the stress condition of the anti-seepage walls is improved.
