The stable foundation pit supporting frame comprises a fixing plate; the top ends of the two movable plates are connected with the fixed plate in a sliding manner; the adjusting device is connected with the two movable plates and used for driving the two movable plates to get close to each other or get away from each other; each connecting device comprises a left protection plate, a right protection plate and a locking piece, each of the left protection plate and the right protection plate is provided with a first end and a second end which are oppositely arranged, and the first end of the left protection plate and the first end of the right protection plate are installed on the two movable plates in a position adjustable mode correspondingly; the second end of the left protection plate is arranged in the second end of the right protection plate in a sliding mode, and the locking piece is arranged on the right protection plate and used for locking or loosening the left protection plate. The problem that in an existing foundation pit support, the support height and width cannot be adjusted is solved.
