The totally-closed and micro-disturbance environment-friendly dredging device comprises a silt suction mechanism and a silt dewatering mechanism. The silt suction mechanism comprises a silt suction pump, a silt suction telescopic pipe, an underwater camera, a hoisting structure and the like; the sludge dewatering mechanism comprises a sludge dewatering box, and a telescopic rod, an extrusion plate, a filter plate and the like are sequentially installed in the sludge dewatering box from top to bottom. According to the invention, full-sealing, micro-disturbance and efficient dredging can be realized; specifically, dredging and sludge dewatering are conducted in a combined mode, and the process is efficient; the interior of the silt suction head is totally closed, and disturbance to water is reduced; the interior of the silt suction cover is in a negative pressure state, and the desilting efficiency is improved; the silt suction process and the extrusion water discharging process are both carried out in the silt suction cover, and secondary pollution caused in the silt removal process is prevented; the separated water is discharged into the bottom of a reservoir in the silt suction cover through a drainage pipe and flushes the interior of the silt suction head, so that the loss of water resources is reduced, and the dredging device is prevented from being blocked; the dewatering mechanism is provided with a sludge outlet plate, so that the dewatering effect is guaranteed.
