The invention provides a road bridge drainage structure, which belongs to the technical field of road bridges and comprises a main shaft and an auxiliary shaft. A screening base is arranged on the lower portion of the main well and divides the main well into a screening cavity and an overflowing cavity. An inner cylinder and an outer cylinder are arranged at the upper end of the screening base, and a plurality of overflowing holes are formed in the circumferential direction of the inner cylinder at intervals; an annular buffer area is arranged on the outer side of the outer cylinder; a filter plate is arranged in the auxiliary shaft and divides an inner cavity of the auxiliary shaft into a crushing cavity and a liquid discharging cavity, the crushing cavity is communicated with the buffer area of the screening cavity through a sewage discharging hole, and the liquid discharging cavity is communicated with the flowing cavity through a liquid discharging hole; and a crushing cutter is arranged in the crushing cavity. According to the road and bridge drainage structure, impurities and clean rainwater are separated through the screening cavity so as to relieve drainage pressure, then the impurities in the screening cavity are discharged into the crushing cavity of the auxiliary shaft to be crushed and cut, and the possibility of rainwater blockage is reduced; and through the arrangement of the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, the impurities enter the crushing cavity to be crushed after having a certain amount, so that the energy consumption is reduced.
