The invention relates to a construction method of a high-rise cantilever concrete structure and an assembly type structure, and solves the defect that a scaffold needs to be built externally during construction of cantilever concrete structures such as balconies and flower stands on the top of a high-rise building, and the method comprises the following steps: prefabricating exposed concrete cross beams, longitudinal beams and a top plate with connecting pieces and reinforcement cages, and connecting the concrete cross beams and the longitudinal beams into a grid frame; a concrete top plate is installed in the grid frame and cast in place in the reinforcing layer. The structure comprises flower stand supporting columns, prefabricated concrete laminated cross beams, prefabricated concrete laminated longitudinal beams, a prefabricated building concrete top plate and a cast-in-place concrete top plate reinforcing layer. The prefabricated concrete laminated cross beams and the prefabricated concrete laminated longitudinal beams are mutually connected to form a grid frame structure, the prefabricated concrete top plate is in lap joint in the grid frame structure, and the top plate reinforcement cage, the cross beam reinforcement cage and the longitudinal beam reinforcement cage are arranged in the cast-in-place concrete top plate reinforcing layer.
