Construction method of ultra-high facing movable partition
The invention relates to a construction method for an ultrahigh facing movable partition. The construction method comprises the steps that firstly, reinforcing parts are welded; secondly, the hanger component is welded to the lower portion of the reinforcing piece; thirdly, the partition rail system is hoisted to the position below the hanger component, and the hanger component is connected with the partition rail system; step 4, manufacturing and assembling a movable partition body, manufacturing a partition framework by manufacturing a steel plate with a preset thickness, assembling the movable partition body by using veneers and the like to replace a traditional concrete wall body, and installing a movable partition roller system on the upper part of a movable partition plate body; and fifthly, the movable partition bodies are installed, after being installed, the movable partition bodies are conveyed to the construction site and hoisted to the partition rails through a hanging bracket, then the partition rails are sealed, and the rolling wheel system of each movable partition body is adjusted. The construction method is low in operation difficulty, simple and rapid in installation mode and high in assembly rate; the original structure in the space is fully utilized, and the movable partition can well bear ultrahigh weight; the safety guarantee is better, the quality is reliable, and the appearance is attractive.
本发明涉及一种超高饰面活动隔断施工方法,通过步骤一、焊接加固件;步骤二、吊码构件焊接在加固件下部;步骤三、隔断轨道系统吊至吊码构件的下方,将吊码构件与隔断轨道系统相连接;步骤四、活动隔断体的制作装配,制作预设厚度的钢板制作隔断骨架,使用饰面板等组装活动隔断体,代替传统混凝土墙体,在活动阻断板体上部安装活动隔断滚轮系统;步骤五、安装活动隔断体,在活动隔断体安装完毕后运送至施工现场采用吊架吊至隔断轨道,然后将隔断轨道封闭处理,并调节每片活动隔断体的滚轮系统。本施工方法作业难度低,安装方式简单快捷,装配率高;充分利用空间内原始结构,可以很好的承载超高重量的活动隔断;有较好的安全保障,质量可靠,美观。
