The invention belongs to the field of glass processing, and particularly relates to a processing technology of a double-glass one-cavity glass door with a luminous LOGO, which comprises the following steps: manufacturing a rear piece of ultra-white glass: manufacturing a parting strip assembly; an LED lamp is clamped on the rear ultra-white glass; manufacturing front glass; manufacturing hollow glass; processing the profile and the aluminum alloy; door frame assembly manufacturing; and assembling the door body. The method can be applied to more technical fields, the used coated ultra-white glass is customized and produced according to the special requirements of products, the principle of laser etching is that the focal position of a high-energy laser beam is adjusted, the high-energy laser beam directly acts on a film layer, so that a coating layer (SnO2) is instantly gasified, and a part needing to be etched is reached; meanwhile, due to the adjustable property of laser energy, a substrate material (glass) at the bottom cannot be affected in the machining process, namely, the surface of the glass cannot be damaged, the appearance of the glass cannot be affected, and the transmittance of the ultra-white glass cannot be affected.
本发明属于玻璃加工领域,尤其涉及一种带可发光LOGO的双玻一腔玻璃门加工工艺,步骤如下:后片超白玻璃制作:隔条组件制作;后片超白玻璃卡装LED灯;前片玻璃制作;中空玻璃制作;型材和铝合金加工;门框组件制作;门体组装。本发明可应用于更多技术领域,所使用的镀膜超白玻璃,是根据产品的特殊需要,定制生产的镀膜超白玻璃,使用激光刻蚀的原理是通过调节高能激光束的焦点位置,是直接作用于薄膜层,使得镀膜层(SnO2)瞬间气化,从而达到所需被刻蚀的部位;同时由于激光能量的可调性质,使得在加工过程中不会对底部的衬底材料(玻璃)造成影响,即不会造成玻璃表面的破坏,不影响玻璃的外观,以及超白玻璃的透过率。
