The invention relates to vibroflotation equipment which comprises a vibrating shell and a vibrating head, a variable frequency motor is arranged in the vibrating shell, a plurality of vibroflotation cylinders are arranged between the vibrating shell and the vibrating head, and a flange piece is installed between every two adjacent vibroflotation cylinders; and side plates are mounted outside the vibroflotation cylinder and are symmetrically arranged in the axial direction of the vibroflotation cylinder. The vibroflotation equipment is high in pore-forming rate, particularly, the pore-forming rate of a dense gravel layer and a gravel plain fill layer can reach 4-5 m/min, and the pore-forming rate of soil layers such as sandy soil, cohesive soil and sludge cohesive soil can reach 8-10 m/min. The compactness of a vibration punching hole and a soil layer near the hole wall after vibration punching construction is very high, the vibration punching compaction effect is good, and the application range of an existing vibration punching device to the soil layer is widened.
本发明涉及一种振冲设备,包括振壳、振头,所述振壳内部设置有变频电机,所述振壳与振头之间设置有多个振冲筒,相邻两个振冲筒之间安装有法兰件;所述振冲筒的外部安装有侧板,所述侧板沿着振冲筒的轴向呈对称设置。本发明所述振冲设备的造孔速率高,尤其是密实的砂砾层、碎石素填土层的造孔速率能够达到4~5m/min,对砂性土、粘性土、淤泥质粘性土等土层,造孔速率能达到8~10m/min。振冲施工后的振冲孔,孔壁附近的土层,密实度非常高,振冲垒实效果好,扩宽了现有振冲器对土层的适用范围。
