The method comprises the following steps: obtaining cycle times of a welding joint at different stress levels according to a loaded condition and a structural form of a first dangerous component; acquiring parameters of a welding joint; establishing a finite element model of a welding joint; calculating the stress amplitude of the dangerous area of the welding joint; establishing a fatigue characteristic curve of the welding joint; establishing a finite element model of the land leveler to which the first dangerous component belongs, and acquiring finite element parameters of the land leveler; according to the finite element parameters of the land leveler, the operation load spectrum and the fatigue characteristic curve of the first dangerous part, the service life of the dangerous area of the welding joint is evaluated; optimizing the finite element model; and designing an integral structure of the second dangerous component. The second dangerous component obtained by the scheme is good in performance.
