Comprising the following technological processes: weighing the formula raw materials, and uniformly mixing and stirring the raw materials to form a mixed raw material; distributing the mixed raw material into a mold, and then carrying out vibration compression molding in a vacuum state to form a green material; heating and curing the green body material, demolding, and preserving moisture and maintaining for 25-30 days to obtain a blank material; and sawing, grinding and polishing the blank material to obtain the artificial agglomerated stone. The invention aims to solve the technical problems of the existing artificial agglomerated stone, and provides a high-impact inorganic artificial agglomerated stone and a preparation method thereof.
本发明涉及人造岗石制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种高抗冲的无机型人造岗石及其制备方法。包括如下配方:大理石砂、碳酸钙粉、白水泥、减水剂、高分子纤维、自来水、无机颜料。包括以下工艺流程:称取上述配方原料,并将原料混合搅拌均匀,形成混合原料;将混合原料布入模具中,然后在真空状态下进行振动压制成型,形成生坯料;将生坯料加温固化后脱模,保湿养护25‑30天,得到毛坯料;将毛坯料进行锯切、打磨、抛光,得到人造岗石。本发明的目的是为了解决现有人造岗石存在的技术问题,提出了一种高抗冲的无机型人造岗石及其制备方法。
