The invention relates to the technical field of building material surface treatment agents, and discloses a concrete reinforcing and hardening agent with sterilization and formaldehyde removal functions and a use method thereof.The concrete reinforcing and hardening agent comprises, by mass, 90-95% of a stock solution and 5-10% of a magnetizing solution; the stock solution is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 8 to 12 percent of sodium silicate, 5 to 10 percent of lithium silicate, 1 to 3 percent of silica sol, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of permeation promoter and the balance of water; silicon dioxide contained in the silica sol is nano silicon dioxide; the magnetized liquid is the original liquid radiated by terahertz waves. According to the concrete reinforcing and hardening agent with the sterilization and formaldehyde removal functions, the strength and hardness of concrete can be enhanced, and part of silicon dioxide and silicate ions contained in the concrete reinforcing and hardening agent with the sterilization and formaldehyde removal functions can release terahertz waves, accelerate formaldehyde decomposition and kill bacteria in a radiation range; and peculiar smell in the air can be effectively eliminated.
