The problem that an existing special road surface is poor in drainage and cooling function is solved, by adopting the mode of transverse slope drainage and longitudinal slope folded plate structure drainage, water flow is drained from the highest position to the lowest position of a longitudinal slope, drained from the center line to the two sides of the transverse slope and finally converged to a municipal pipe network, and the purpose of rapid drainage of the road surface is effectively achieved; the connecting pipe is higher than the horizontal plane of the bottom end in the second water seepage hole, so that a small amount of water flow remains in the second water seepage hole; when illumination is sufficient, a small amount of accumulated water is volatilized, so that the surface temperature of the asphalt pavement is relieved.
