The invention provides a spiral stacking type fishway inlet structure. The spiral stacking type fishway inlet structure comprises a spiral stacking type fishway, a structure base, a top structure platform, a plurality of fishway inlets formed in the spiral stacking type fishway and an inlet gate. The structure base is fixed to a side slope or a river bottom so as to support the spiral stacked fishway. A single-layer spiral fishway with a fishway inlet is arranged at the lowermost part of the top structure platform, and the single-layer spiral fishway is connected with the top of the spiral stacked fishway; the multiple fishway inlets formed in the spiral stacked fishway are located in different layers of the outer wall of the spiral stacked fishway. The multiple fishway inlets formed in the spiral stacked fishway and the fishway inlet formed in the top structure platform share the same inlet gate, and the inlet gate achieves unified opening and closing control over the multiple fishway inlets. The device is suitable for downstream large-water-level variable-amplitude operation and water conservancy projects in limited spaces such as alpine canyons and the like, and can be arranged on side slopes or river bottoms according to on-site topographic conditions.
