The invention discloses an intercepting net mounting structure and an overwater mounting method thereof. The interception net mounting structure comprises a fixed gripper fixedly arranged on a fixed base body, and the fixed gripper is provided with a through hole for a traction rope and a fixed steel rope to penetrate in parallel; the device further comprises a traction mechanism, the traction mechanism comprises a floating ball, a mounting guide line and a circular ring which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, and the circular ring penetrates through the traction rope and the fixing line. A traction mechanism is mounted between every two adjacent fixed grippers; the device further comprises a hook which is arranged on a net opening line of the intercepting net and used for hooking the fixing line. The two winch machines are arranged on the left side and the right side, and the winch machines are installed at the top of the fixed base body and used for pulling, tightening and fixing the ends of the fixing ropes. By optimizing the mounting structure of the intercepting net, the intercepting net is convenient to mount and dismount.
