The invention discloses a complex structure system building and a three-dimensional construction method thereof. A fusiform steel structure and a cantilever steel structure are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the building correspondingly. The building comprises a first building structure and a second building structure which are connected through a steel corridor. The first building structure and the second building structure are both of a hollow-square-shaped core tube structure. A first steel structure and a second steel structure are respectively arranged in the concentric-square-shaped core tube structures of the first building structure and the second building structure; hanging trusses are arranged on the side faces, away from the steel corridor, of the first building structure and the second building structure. According to the complex structure system building and the three-dimensional construction method thereof, the whole building is attractive, the structural strength is high, the stability is high, different building function areas are constructed through different structure systems, and the building and the structure are perfectly fused.
