The invention discloses a column reinforcement construction method which comprises the steps that in the construction process of constructing a column reinforcement construction structure, column reinforcement loads are dispersed to transverse ribs in plate ribs in the column reinforcement construction structure to be counteracted in the opposite direction, and the stable state of the positions of longitudinal ribs in the plate ribs is protected. When the supporting rods tend to move under the inertia load of the column ribs, the load is transmitted to the component force rods through the opposite supporting rods, and the tail ends of the component force rods are in tight friction contact with the transverse ribs through the friction rubber bodies of the fixing sleeves, so that the inclined component force rods disperse and transmit the inertia load of the column ribs to the transverse ribs of the plate ribs for counter-pulling offset; concentrated inertia load of the column rib is prevented from being only transmitted to one supporting point of the plate rib through the supporting rod, and the problem that when the supporting rod moves due to the concentrated inertia load of the column rib, the connecting position of the longitudinal rib and the transverse rib of the plate rib is pushed to be damaged is solved.
