Molybdenum tailing powder artificial aggregate and preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a molybdenum tailing powder artificial aggregate as well as a preparation method and application thereof, which are used for solving the problem of resource utilization of molybdenum tailings. The molybdenum tailing powder artificial aggregate is composed of a powder component and a liquid component, and the liquid component is 15-35 w parts of the powder component; the powder component comprises the following components in per cubic meter of the artificial aggregate: 50-70 parts of molybdenum tailing powder, 10-25 parts of cement, 3-12 parts of slag powder and 5-10 parts of silica fume; the liquid component is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 35 to 55 parts of water glass, 2.5 to 4.5 parts of sodium hydroxide, 0.2 to 0.5 part of a water reducing agent and 40 to 65 parts of water. The molybdenum tailing powder is used as a main component, and is mixed with the cement, the slag powder and the silica fume to form the spherical aggregate under the adhesion action of the liquid component, so that the resource utilization of the molybdenum tailings is realized by the obtained aggregate, and the pollution to the environment is reduced. The invention further provides a preparation method and application of the molybdenum tailing powder artificial aggregate, the molybdenum tailing powder artificial aggregate can be used as a raw material of concrete, and resource utilization of the molybdenum tailings is achieved while the strength of the concrete is guaranteed.
