The invention relates to a water-based epoxy resin microcapsule assembly for multiple self-repairing of concrete cracks and a preparation method of the water-based epoxy resin microcapsule assembly. According to the microcapsule assembly, water-based epoxy resin is coated with polyethylene glycol terephthalate with a higher melting point to form small-particle-size microcapsules; and coating water-borne epoxy resin and small-particle-size microcapsules with polyformaldehyde with a lower melting point. When the concrete generates micro-cracks for the first time, the expanded cracks encounter the microcapsule assembly, the outer capsule wall of the microcapsule assembly is broken under the action of stress at the tip of the cracks, and the internal waterborne epoxy resin flows out and diffuses into the concrete cracks and reacts with a curing agent doped in the concrete to repair the cracks. Meanwhile, the small-particle-size microcapsules can flow out along with the water-borne epoxy resin and are dispersed in the concrete, and when cracks appear in the concrete again, the small-particle-size microcapsules at the cracks are broken to repair the cracks, so that repeated repair of the concrete cracks is realized, and the durability of the concrete is greatly improved.
本发明涉及一种混凝土裂缝多次自修复用水性环氧树脂微胶囊组装体及其制备方法,该微胶囊组装体由熔点较高的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯包覆水性环氧树脂形成小粒径微胶囊,再由熔点较低的聚甲醛包覆水性环氧树脂及小粒径微胶囊制成。当混凝土首次产生微裂缝时,扩展的裂缝遇到微胶囊组装体,在裂缝尖端应力作用下微胶囊组装体外层囊壁发生破裂,内部的水性环氧树脂流出扩散进入混凝土裂缝中,与混凝土中掺杂的固化剂发生反应对裂缝进行修复。同时,小粒径微胶囊也会伴随水性环氧树脂的流出并分散在混凝土中,当混凝土内再度出现裂缝时,裂缝处的小粒径微胶囊破裂进而对裂缝进行修复,从而实现了混凝土裂缝的多次修复,大大提升了混凝土的耐久性。
