The invention provides a concrete premixing technology, and relates to the technical field of concrete premixing, the concrete comprises the following components by weight: 200-390 parts of cement; 300 to 500 parts of mixed sand; 100 to 200 parts of broken stone; 1-9 parts of a water reducing agent; 1-6 parts of an air entraining agent; 200 to 350 parts of water; 10 to 15 parts of cellulose; 20 to 50 parts of quartz sand; 5-10 parts of an anti-freezing agent; and 1-5 parts of a retarder. According to the invention, by adding the retarder, the setting speed of the cement can be effectively reduced, the probability of caking of the cement is further reduced, the quality of the cement is ensured, the boric acid and the borate are low in cost and suitable for large-scale use, and meanwhile, by adding the antifreezing agent, the cement can be conveniently used in winter, and the universality is improved; and through the pretreatment step of cleaning, it can be guaranteed that no foreign matter such as weeds exists on the surfaces of broken stone and quartz sand, during stirring, mixing can be more sufficient, cement caking is further avoided, finally, caking is filtered out through screening, the cement quality is fully guaranteed, and practicability is high.
本发明提供一种混凝土的预拌工艺,涉及混凝土预拌技术领域,该混凝土由按重量份数的以下成分组成:水泥200‑390份;混合砂300‑500份;碎石100‑200份;减水剂1‑9份;引气剂1‑6份;水200‑350份;纤维素10‑15份;石英砂20‑50份;防冻剂5‑10份;缓凝剂1‑5份。本发明中,通过加入的缓凝剂,可以有效降低水泥的凝结速度,进而降低水泥出现结块的概率,保证了水泥的质量,且硼酸和硼酸盐成本低廉,适合大规模使用,同时通过加入的防冻剂还可以方便在冬天使用,提高了泛用性,且通过清洗的预处理步骤,可以保证碎石和石英砂表面无杂草等异物,使得搅拌时,能够更加充分混合,更进一步的避免水泥出现结块,最后通过过筛来滤除结块,充分的保证了水泥质量,实用性较高。
