Self-repairing recycled concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses self-repairing recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof, relates to concrete and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problems that the mechanical property, the working property and the durability of the prepared recycled aggregate concrete are weaker than those of common concrete due to poor physical property, high porosity and high water absorption rate of the existing recycled aggregate. The self-repairing recycled concrete is prepared by mixing nano silica sol, cement, fly ash, water, fine aggregate, natural coarse aggregate, a water reducing agent and modified aggregate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: soaking the nano silica sol, recycling the aggregate, premixing the cement, the fly ash, the fine aggregate, the coarse aggregate and the modified aggregate, stirring the water, the water reducing agent and the nano silica sol, and finally adding the stirring water into the premixed material for mixing and stirring to obtain the modified concrete. After the modified concrete is cured for 28 days, the compressive strength and the splitting tensile strength reach 34.3-39.6 MPa and 2.63-2.91 MPa, the slump is 135-155 mm, and the modified concrete can be applied to the field of buildings.
