The invention discloses a self-compacting high-toughness semi-flexible pavement grouting material and a preparation method thereof. The semi-flexible pavement grouting material comprises tailing sand, ardealite, cement, rubber particles, an interface agent, redispersible latex powder, white granulated sugar and water. The tensile strength grade of the semi-flexible pavement grouting material reaches M30, and the semi-flexible pavement grouting material can automatically fill gaps of an asphalt mixture matrix under the action of gravity; meanwhile, the asphalt mixture has high viscosity and is seamlessly bonded with an asphalt mixture matrix; and the base body framework is supported, so that the occurrence of deformation diseases of the semi-flexible pavement is effectively avoided. The continuously graded tailing sand is utilized to enhance the stability of the framework structure of the grouting material and enhance the strength of the grouting material; phosphogypsum is used for replacing part of cement to serve as a cementing material, solid waste is utilized in a low-carbon and high-value mode, and energy conservation and carbon reduction are facilitated.
本发明公开一种自密实高韧性半柔路面灌浆料及制备方法,所述半柔路面灌浆料包括尾矿砂、磷石膏、水泥、橡胶颗粒、界面剂、可再分散乳胶粉、白砂糖和水;本发明的半柔路面灌浆料的抗拉强度等级达到M30,能够在重力作用下自主灌满沥青混合料基体空隙;同时具有高粘性能,与沥青混合料基体间无缝粘结;在硬化后无收缩现象,支撑基体骨架,有效避免半柔路面变形病害发生。利用连续级配的尾矿砂,增强灌浆料骨架结构稳定性,提升其强度;利用磷石膏替代部分水泥作为胶凝材料,低碳化高值利用固废,有助于节能降碳。
