The invention discloses a low-carbon ultra-high performance UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) and a preparation method thereof. The low-carbon ultra-high performance UHPC comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200-400 parts of ordinary Portland cement; 50 to 100 parts of fly ash; 300 to 500 parts of mineral powder; 100 to 200 parts of silica fume; 0-100 parts of desulfurized gypsum; 800 to 1000 parts of quartz sand; 100 to 200 parts of steel fiber; 32 parts of a high-efficiency water reducing agent; and 147 parts of tap water. According to the invention, the problem of more carbon emission caused by large cement consumption in concrete is solved; according to the present invention, by using the activity excitation effect of the desulfurization gypsum on the mineral admixture, the large mixing amount of the mineral powder is adopted to replace part of the cement, such that the cement consumption is reduced by nearly 50%, and the problems of high cement consumption and high carbon emission of the ultra-high performance concrete are effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种低碳超高性能UHPC混凝土及其制备方法,包括以下重量份的原材料:普通硅酸盐水泥200‑400份;粉煤灰50‑100份;矿粉300‑500份;硅灰100‑200份;脱硫石膏0‑100份;石英砂800‑1000份;钢纤维100‑200份;高效减水剂32份;自来水147份。本发明解决了混凝土中水泥用量大,导致碳排放较多的问题;利用脱硫石膏对矿物掺合料的活性激发作用,大掺量使用矿粉,取代部分水泥,使水泥用量减少近50%,有效改善了超高性能混凝土的高水泥用量、高碳排放问题。
