The invention provides a ballast bed resonator, which is arranged in a track system, and is characterized by comprising at least one resonant plate arranged on a ballast bed along the extension direction of a steel rail; the two limiting seats are respectively arranged at two ends of the resonant plate along the length direction of the resonant plate and are used for limiting the resonant plate; and the anti-vibration cushion layer is arranged between the resonant plate and the ballast bed. The resonance plate is installed on the track bed, the vibration mass of a track system can be increased, the inherent frequency of the track system can be reduced, accordingly vibration transmission is weakened, the influence of vibration impact generated by passing of trains on a line on nearby buildings and special instruments and equipment is further reduced, and the influence on transformation construction on an existing track line is small. The vibration reduction cushion layer is arranged between the resonance plate and the ballast bed and can absorb part of vibration energy transmitted to the ballast bed by wheel rail impact, the inherent frequency of the ballast bed resonator can be changed by selecting the vibration reduction cushion layers with different sizes and static moduli, the vibration frequency of the ballast bed can be tuned, and the vibration reduction effect is improved.
本发明提供了道床谐振器,设置在轨道系统中,其特征在于,包括:至少一块谐振板,沿钢轨的延伸方向设置在道床上;两个限位座,沿谐振板的长度方向分别设置在谐振板的两端,用于对谐振板进行限位;以及减振垫层,设置在谐振板和道床之间。将谐振板安装在道床上,能够增加轨道系统的参振质量,降低轨道系统的固有频率,从而削弱振动传递,进一步降低线路上列车通行产生的振动冲击对临近建筑、特殊仪器设备的影响,且在既有轨道线路上改造施工的影响较小。减振垫层设置在谐振板和道床之间能够吸收部分轮轨冲击传递至道床的振动能量,通过选取不同尺寸和静态模量的减振垫层,能够改变道床谐振器的固有频率,调谐道床的振动频率,提升减振效果。
