The invention relates to a modular assembly bridge pier capable of being dynamically reset. The modular assembly bridge pier comprises connecting beams, assembly modules, anchoring foundations, prestressed tendons, external filling blocks and prestressed tendon anchoring parts. Each assembly module comprises four bridge pier bodies which are mutually overlapped, connecting beams are arranged at the upper ends of the bridge pier bodies, anchoring foundations are arranged at the lower ends of the bridge pier bodies, two-way gentle slope contact interfaces with inwards-concave upper surfaces and outwards-convex lower surfaces are arranged between the adjacent assembly modules, and filling blocks are arranged outside the two-way gentle slope contact interfaces. Prestressed tendons are arranged in the assembly modules, and prestressed tendon anchoring parts are arranged on the prestressed tendons. According to the novel modular assembled bridge pier, large horizontal flexibility can be triggered in an epicenter to form a seismic mitigation and isolation system, residual slip-out displacement can be eliminated through earthquake peak-crossing energy before vibration is finished, the minimum use function is kept, the structural rigidity can be recovered through slight repair, and normal use can be continued.
