The basic structure of the electrically-induced friction damping variable spherical support comprises a lower support plate, an upper support plate and a lower support plate, an upper support plate; wherein the components of the matched friction pair are insulated from each other, and the same friction pair comprises a supporting disc; providing an installation positioning groove which is installed and positioned on the supporting disc and an annular supporting ring which is higher than the upper surface of the supporting disc; providing a plurality of insulating support columns in an area in the support ring; the rest area in the supporting ring is filled with electrorheological liquid; a monitoring device used for monitoring the displacement of the friction pair, a control unit connected to the monitoring device and a driving circuit connected to an output terminal of the control unit and capable of making the electrorheological fluid denatured are correspondingly provided. The method has a better application prospect.
本发明公开了一种电致摩擦阻尼可变球型支座,其基本结构包括:下支座板;上支座板;其中所配摩擦副的构件间相互绝缘,且同一摩擦副包括一支撑盘;提供一安装定位于支撑盘上的安装定位槽并高出支撑盘上表面的环形的支撑圈;于位于支撑圈圈内的区域,提供若干绝缘支撑柱;于支撑圈圈内剩余的区域内填充有电流变液体;相应提供用于监测摩擦副位移的监测装置、接入所述监测装置的控制单元,以及连接至控制单元输出端子并能够致使电流变液体变性的驱动电路。基于本发明应用前景更好。
