The invention provides a limiting, damping and energy-consuming device for a track system. A longitudinal sliding drawer is arranged in a box-shaped base and can slide in the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of longitudinal springs are arranged between the two ends of the longitudinal sliding drawer in the longitudinal direction and the inner wall of the box-shaped base; the transverse sliding assembly comprises a connecting rod, a transverse sliding plate and a transverse connecting seat, the transverse sliding plate and the transverse connecting seat are arranged at the two ends of the connecting rod respectively, the transverse connecting seat is located outside the box type base, the transverse sliding plate is arranged in the longitudinal sliding drawer, and a plurality of transverse springs are arranged between the two sides of the transverse sliding plate and the inner wall of the longitudinal sliding drawer. The transverse sliding plate can slide in the longitudinal sliding drawer in the transverse direction and transmit longitudinal force to the longitudinal sliding drawer. When the longitudinal sliding drawer and the transverse sliding plate slide, the shock absorption and energy consumption functions are achieved through the springs and sliding friction, damage of an earthquake to a high-speed rail bridge-track system is reduced, and integration of the transverse limiting and shock absorption functions and the longitudinal limiting and shock absorption functions is achieved.
