The device comprises a bottom support, a movable plate, a pull rod and a top plate, the bottom support is provided with a plane, the movable plate is perpendicular to the plane and can slide on the plane, a through hole is formed in the movable plate, external threads are arranged on the surface of the pull rod, one end of the pull rod penetrates through the bottom support, and the other end of the pull rod penetrates through the top plate. One end of the top plate is hinged to the bottom support through a pin shaft, and the other end of the top plate is in lap joint with the top of the movable plate; compared with a traditional formwork supporting main beam which is directly arranged on a support jacking in an inclined mode, the supporting main beam is carried on the top plate, the movable plate is controlled through the pull rod to conduct tightness adjustment, and stress is more stable. The position of the movable plate can be changed by adjusting the pull rod, so that the inclination angle of the top plate is changed, and site construction requirements are met; and the template supporting main beam can be fixed right above the vertical rod of the bracket, so that the vertical rod is prevented from being eccentrically pressed, and the stability of the bracket system is improved.
本发明提供了一种用于调节顶托倾角的装置和调节方法,装置包括底部支架、活动板、拉杆和顶板,底部支架具有一平面,活动板垂直于平面且可在平面上滑动,活动板上形成有通孔,拉杆表面具有外螺纹,拉杆的一端穿过底部支架,拉杆的另一端穿过通孔,拉杆的两端都连接有锁紧螺母,顶板一端与底部支架通过销轴铰接,另一端搭接在活动板的顶部;相对传统的模板支撑主梁直接斜搭在支架顶托上,支撑主梁搭载顶板上,并且通过拉杆控制活动板来进行松紧调节,受力更加稳定;通过调节拉杆就可以改变活动板位置,从而改变顶板的倾斜角度,满足现场施工需求;还可以将模板支撑主梁固定在支架立杆正上方,防止立杆偏心受压,提高支架体系的稳定性。
