Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of subway construction steel support supporting, and discloses a prefabricated hanging plate device for a crown beam steel support, which comprises a hanging assembly, the hanging assembly comprises two groups of hanging plates, supporting plates and supporting plates which are connected in sequence, the supporting plates are vertically arranged, and the hanging plates and the supporting plates are horizontally arranged on the supporting plates respectively; the hanging plate is arranged on one side of the top end of the supporting plate, the supporting plate is arranged on the other side of the bottom end of the supporting plate, the hanging plate is connected with the top face of the top beam through the locking element, and the steel structure is arranged on the supporting plate. The invention further discloses a construction method of the prefabricated hanging plate for the crown beam steel support. Therefore, by the adoption of the prefabricated hanging plate device for the crown beam steel support and the construction method, the problems that in the prior art, operation is troublesome, working procedures are tedious, disassembly and assembly are difficult, and economical efficiency is poor in the mode of embedding a supporting steel plate are solved.
