A construction method of an underground structure with a plate buckle frame support changing system comprises the following steps that (1) an open excavation method is adopted for construction, and after excavation is conducted in place, an enclosure structure and a horizontal support are arranged; (2) foundation bottom plate construction is conducted, a fourth steel support is dismantled, side wall concrete and partition wall concrete are poured, and a plurality of lattice stand columns are constructed; (3) a full framing buckling frame is erected, and a plurality of sets of steel pipe support changing supports are arranged; (4) the pouring in the step (2) and the step (3) are repeated twice; (5) the third steel support is dismantled, and the side wall and the partition wall on the upper layer continue to be poured; according to the construction method of the side wall of the concrete support, the defects existing in the process of replacing the support with the steel in the prior art can be overcome, the construction period is shortened, the cost is reduced, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
