The multiple anchoring parts are fixed to the preset positions of the slope, the prefabricated part is fixed to at least one anchoring part, and an anchoring groove is formed in the fixed prefabricated part; a sprayed concrete layer is formed on the side slope, a reinforcing mesh is arranged in the sprayed concrete layer, and a plurality of anchoring parts are connected with the reinforcing mesh; an anti-seepage system is laid on the sprayed concrete layer and the prefabricated parts, the anti-seepage system is anchored through anchoring concrete filled in an anchoring groove, and the upper space of the anchoring groove is also used as a drainage ditch. The prefabricated part is fixed to the side slope through the anchoring part, and the anti-seepage system is anchored to the prefabricated part; the slope soil body can be reinforced, and anchoring of an anti-seepage system on a steep slope can be achieved.
