Recyclable double-wall steel cofferdam and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a recyclable double-wall steel cofferdam. The recyclable double-wall steel cofferdam comprises a steel cofferdam outer wall, a steel cofferdam inner wall, bin partition plates and hoops, a partition plate bin is arranged between the steel cofferdam outer wall and the steel cofferdam inner wall. A water storage space is formed by the bin partition plate, the inner wall of the steel cofferdam and the outer wall of the steel cofferdam. The hoop comprises an outer ring hoop and an inner ring hoop; an outer ring hoop is arranged on the outer wall of the steel cofferdam; an inner ring hoop is arranged on the inner wall of the steel cofferdam; bolt holes are formed in the outer ring hoop and the inner ring hoop; and the upper and lower sections of steel cofferdams are connected by high-strength steel bolts through the corresponding bolt holes of the hoops. The invention further provides a construction method of the recyclable double-wall steel cofferdam. According to the double-wall steel cofferdam connected through the bolts, the hoop is arranged at the end of each section of steel cofferdam body and can be connected with the double-wall steel cofferdam body through welding, the bolt holes are formed in the side faces of the hoops, the upper section of steel cofferdam body and the lower section of steel cofferdam body are connected through the corresponding bolt holes in the upper portion and the lower portion of the hoops through high-strength steel bolts, and water is stopped between the two sections of cofferdam bodies through rubber pads.
