A sewage pool with a built-in organ type telescopic diaphragm comprises a sewage pool body which is formed in a basic foundation of the sewage pool and used for containing sewage, a water inlet and a water outlet are formed in the positions, close to the bottom end, of the sewage pool body, and a circle of sewage pool edge low wall is arranged on the periphery of an upper end opening of the sewage pool body. A gas adjusting floating disc mechanism located on sewage is arranged in the sewage pool, a circle of the upper end face of the gas adjusting floating disc mechanism is fixedly and hermetically connected with the bottom end of a cylindrical organ type telescopic diaphragm, and the top end of the organ type telescopic diaphragm is fixedly connected with the upper end of a low wall on the edge of the sewage pool and is sealed through a sealing piece. Gas gaps for containing gas are formed between the organ type telescopic diaphragm and the sewage pool and between the organ type telescopic diaphragm and the inner wall of the edge low wall of the sewage pool, and the interior of the gas adjusting floating disc mechanism is communicated with the gas gaps and used for sucking or discharging gas-phase gas in the gas gaps when sewage ascends or descends; therefore, the gas-phase gas in the gas gap is adjusted under the condition that the gas-phase gas is not exposed.
